- Create TWO DIRECTORIES on the local machine (ex: C:\temp1 and C:\temp2)
- Save each of the following in the first directory:
- Save each of the following in the SECOND directory:
- Run setup.exe from the first directory.
- Run setup.exe from the second directory.
- All that's left is to set up icons...call Software Support to finish this step.

- Click on the update you need
- Choose to save it to disk
- Browse to your Contractor III program directory
(G:\c3\c3c for networks and C:\c3\c3c for stand alone machines)
- After saving, log into Contractor III, hit F10 and choose Shell to DOS
- At the DOS prompt, type the name of the file (underlined below, ends with
. exe) and press ENTER, answering YES to overwrite existing files.
- Type EXIT and press ENTER to return to Contractor III. The update is complete at this point!

F10, choose Shell To DOS, type C3TAXES and press <ENTER>. Once
complete, type EXIT and press <ENTER> to return to Contractor
